was born on 10th June 1951 in a remote village in Hapur (U.P). His father was an honest and small general merchant in the town. He completed his basic education from Ramjas School in Delhi.

He got gold medal and certificates for securing highest marks in commerce in the university. Mr. Aggarwal qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 1973. Secured 1st Rank all over India.

l started his career, as an ordinary small individual chartered Accountant in Delhi. with his immense hard work, deep knowledge and talent gradually he rose to become a leading chartered accountant in India. he is now recognized one of the most respected senior members having over 3 decades of seniority.
He is currently senior partner in M/s MKAC, a leading and well- known firm of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Aggarwal is associated as auditors and tax consultant to various large business houses and leading Public sector undertakings. He has conducted Audits of Prestigious Government Companies
He is President of Delhi Association of Intellectuals, a body of Distinguished & Prominent CA in India, which has earned reputation for its work amongst professionals & society in general.
He was President of Lions Club, Shalimar Bagh and member of Rotary Club. He is President of, Legal Committee, Aggarwal Sabha & is advising the Sabha on various complicated matters of Direct Taxes. Shri Aggarwal is trustee of Aggarwal Hospital Pitam Pura.
